Order processing

Orders are normally prepared on business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

International orders

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout states otherwise.

Address changes

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking appears stalled or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and clear photos where applicable. We will help investigate with the carrier.
